What HVAC systems do you install?
Split and multi-split, ducted/concealed, VRF/VRV and central chilled-water/chiller systems, plus AHUs, FAHUs, fan-coil units, ducting and ventilation.
VRF or chilled water – which is right for my building?
VRF/VRV suits villas and small-to-mid buildings needing zoning and simpler plant; central chilled water suits larger and industrial buildings. We recommend the right system from a heat-load calculation.
What ductwork do you fabricate and install?
GI, PI and double-wall ducting with thermal and acoustic insulation, plus dampers, diffusers, grilles and louvres, installed at first fix before ceilings close.
What is TAB (testing, adjusting and balancing)?
TAB is the process of measuring and adjusting airflow and chilled-water flow so every space gets its design condition. We carry out air and water balancing and issue TAB reports as part of commissioning.
Do you carry out MEP/BIM coordination?
Yes. We coordinate duct routing, pipe chases and electrical supply points with the other trades – using BIM where required – so services fit without clashes before ceilings are closed.
Do you size the cooling load properly?
Yes. We carry out heat-load calculations so systems are neither undersized (poor cooling) nor oversized (wasted energy), which matters in the UAE climate.
Do you obtain DEWA mechanical clearance?
Yes. After commissioning we coordinate the Dubai Municipality / DEWA inspection for mechanical clearance, and hand over as-builts and O&M manuals.
