Can you reuse my existing cameras?
Yes — we carefully de-install and reinstall your existing cameras and recorder at the new site, re-cabling and re-configuring as needed, or upgrade selected equipment if you prefer while we are at it.
Will there be downtime?
We schedule the relocation to minimise gaps in coverage, often moving in phases or commissioning the new site before decommissioning the old, so your premises are not left unprotected during the move.
Can you upgrade while relocating?
Yes — a relocation is a good time to refresh ageing cameras or add capacity. See our CCTV Upgrade page.
Is SIRA approval handled for me?
Yes — we design to SIRA (Dubai) and ADMCC (Abu Dhabi) standards and manage the approval process where required.
How long is CCTV footage stored?
By default we configure a minimum of 31 days of footage retention in line with SIRA requirements, and size storage to your site category and how long you need recordings kept. Longer retention is available where regulations or your own policy require it.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up secure live and playback viewing from your phone, tablet and desktop, with multi-site access and optional cloud recording — so you can check any camera from anywhere, with role-based access for your team.
