Registered Etisalat and du Telecom Contractors UAE

Telecom Infrastructure Contracting, Built to Operator Standard

We’re the contractor operators, developers, and main contractors who hand the build to. From OSP and ISP works to FTTH, 5G, and the civil works underneath — delivered by a team that came out of Etisalat and du, and knows exactly what passes inspection.

Building Beyond Boundries

Built by Ex-Etisalat & du Engineers

In telecom, one thing decides whether a project runs smoothly or stalls: whether the work passes operator inspection the first time. That’s exactly where we’re different.
AlphaStone’s engineers came out of Etisalat and du — the two operators whose standards every telecom build in the UAE is measured against. We know the design rules before we draw, and we know the small things that fail inspections: that Etisalat wants mechanical splicing with SC/APC connectors while du calls for fusion splicing with LC/APC, that MTR layouts and cabinet dimensions differ between them, and where as-built documentation usually falls short.
The result for you is fewer rejections, no costly re-works, and a network that’s signed off without the back-and-forth. Most contractors follow the operators’ rulebook. Ours helped run it.

WHAT WE DELIEVR

Full-Scope Telecom Build — Design to Commissioning

One contractor for the whole job: the civil works in the ground, the fibre and copper through it, and the active equipment on top. No splitting the project across three vendors who blame each other when something fails a test.

Fixed Network Solutions

Copper and fibre access and transport networks — the backbone operators and enterprises depend on, built and migrated without dropping service.

Radio access networks, small-cell densification and in-building coverage (DAS/IBS), rolled out to keep pace with demand.

Fiber Optic Installation

Outside-plant backbone, FTTH and FTTx, GPON deployments, fusion and mechanical splicing, and full OTDR testing — built to each operator’s spec.

Network Infrastructure Design

Network planning, infrastructure design and as-built documentation that clears operator and authority approval the first time.

Civil Works

Trenching, ducting, manhole and hand-hole construction, directional drilling (HDD), backfilling and reinstatement — the groundwork that holds the network together.

Network Maintenance

OSP maintenance, fault rectification, and SLA-backed maintenance contracts that keep networks live long after handover.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Who We Build For:

Main Contractors & MEP/EPC Firms

The telecom and infrastructure scope, taken off your plate and delivered to spec.

Government & Utilities

Infrastructure work for public-sector and utility networks across the emirates.

Telecom operators

Etisalat and du build and access-network programmes, delivered as a reliable subcontract partner.

Property & Master Developers

Fibre-ready communities and buildings, connected and approved before handover.

APPROVALS AND COMPLIANCE

Approved by the Authorities That Sign Off Your Project

In telecom, an approval isn’t a badge — it’s permission to touch the network at all. We carry the ones that matter and build to the standards inspectors check against.

du — Registered Contractor

Delivered to du's distinct fusion-splicing and interface specs.

ISO Certified

Quality and process you can audit.

Etisalat — Registered Contractor

Work built to Etisalat's design, splicing and documentation requirements.

International Standards

ITU-T G.652D and G.657A fibre, Telcordia-compliant terminations, BICSI design practices.

HOW WE DELIEVER

From Survey to Commissioning

1. Survey & Design

We assess the route or site and engineer a solution that's built to be approved.

2. Approvals

Operator and authority sign-offs handled before work starts, not after.

3. Civil Works

Trenching, ducting and manholes, executed cleanly and reinstated properly.

4. Cable & Splicing

Fibre and copper pulled, jointed and spliced to each operator's exact spec.

5. Testing & Commissioning

OTDR and power-meter testing, with results documented, not assumed.

6. As-Built & Handover

Complete documentation and a network that's signed off and live.

Have a Telecom Project to Scope?

Send us the scope or BOQ and we’ll come back with a clear quote — or book a free site survey and we’ll assess the route ourselves. Either way, you’re dealing with engineers who’ve built this before.
